We immerse ourselves in the Middle Ages at the Ritterhaus in Bubikon! In the morning, older children from the age of 8 will be introduced to the art of archery. They will be given tips on how to use the bow and arrow correctly with precision, technique and practice. After the first instructions on archery, everyone has enough time to practise for the subsequent games with bow and arrow and for a small tournament. The younger children (5-7 years) make a knight’s helmet and a shield in the knight’s house and practise with a balloon sword for their knight’s tournament. In the afternoon, we explore the old chambers of the Knight’s House on a tour and learn interesting facts about travelling in earlier times.
